Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Auvik is a company that delivers cloud-based network management software, helping IT teams gain visibility and control over their infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to define and execute their Product Marketing strategy, lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, and drive business growth through effective positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Product Marketing strategy across Auvik's portfolio, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
• Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly differentiate Auvik in the market
• Personally lead the company's most strategic product launches while enabling the team to execute across the broader portfolio
• Partner closely with Product Management to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through customer, market, and competitive insights
• Ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the messaging, enablement, and content needed to drive successful customer outcomes
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align go-to-market strategy across the customer lifecycle
• Own Product Marketing's contribution to business outcomes, including product adoption, pipeline, customer expansion, competitive positioning, and revenue growth
• Define success metrics, measure team and program performance, and continuously evolve Product Marketing strategy, programs, and processes to improve results
• Foster alignment across functions to ensure consistent execution and a seamless customer experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering growth, accountability, and strong execution
• Contribute to setting strategic direction, priorities, and operating cadence for the Product Marketing function
• Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and business impact across the team
• Allocate resources and prioritize work across the product portfolio to maximize business outcomes
• Remain an active contributor by leading high-impact launches, messaging, and strategic initiatives alongside your team
• Build deep expertise in customers, competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics
• Translate market insights into differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and actionable go-to-market strategies
• Represent Product Marketing in strategic planning and cross-functional decision making
• Champion the voice of the customer across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS organization
• Demonstrated success defining Product Marketing strategy and executing go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable business results
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Product Marketing teams
• Strong understanding of networking, IT operations, infrastructure technologies, or adjacent technical markets
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a player-coach environment
• Proven success developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical products
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• A data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics, measuring performance, and optimizing business outcomes
• Experience marketing products to IT professionals, MSPs, or network administrators
• Experience building and scaling Product Marketing teams within a high-growth SaaS organization
• Experience with analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market research
• Pragmatic Marketing, Product Marketing Alliance, or similar certification
• Experience launching technical SaaS products in global markets
