Business Analyst -  Must Have GRC Exp is Required (Remote)

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). The role involves facilitating requirement gathering, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, and delivering key project artifacts.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating requirement gathering for the governance. Risk and compliance (GRC) use cases
• Act as an intermediary between the business partners, system vendors and GRC Team
• Elicit requirements using interviews, process flow diagrams, user stories and business analysis
• Act as a liaison between the GRC team and business partners using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with manager and project manager to analyze user need and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirement Document, user stories. Product backlog and process flow diagrams acceptance criteria)
• Partner with project stakeholders from gathering requirements, creating user stories, overseeing feature prototypes, testing features and conducting user acceptance Testing
