Cloud Security Architect

We are looking for a Cloud Security Architect to help drive enterprise multi-cloud strategy, maintain cloud infrastructure, and lead platform migrations.

Position Overview

• Location: Columbia, SC (Must be a current South Carolina resident)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1st week on-site, then 3 days/month on-site)
• Interview Process: 1-Round (Virtual)

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Core Technical Requirements

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on expertise with AWS (IAM, Organizations, Networking, Cost Controls) & Azure (RBAC, Azure AD/Entra ID, Networking).
• Infrastructure as Code: Advanced experience with Terraform & Automation.
• Architecture & Governance: Background in Enterprise Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, and DevOps.
• Migrations: Proven track record in Cloud Migrations & Platform Operations.
• Leadership: Technical Leadership and knowledge transfer capabilities.

Preferred Bonus Skills

• Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, or related container platforms.
• Security & Observability: Penetration Testing, Threat Detection, Datadog, Dome9, ServiceNow, or Aviatrix.
• CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Deployment and software development workflows.

Education & Certifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications: AWS or Azure certifications are highly preferred.
