Product Manager, Mobile Apps

United Parks & Resorts Inc. is a leading theme park and entertainment company with a commitment to global wildlife conservation. They are seeking a Product Manager for Mobile Apps who will lead the strategy and development of mobile applications to enhance guest experiences, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the strategy, development, and optimization of mobile applications that enhance the guest experience across United Parks & Resorts’ brands
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and prioritize feature backlogs based on customer needs, business goals, and data-driven insights
• Oversees the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, managing timelines, coordinating with design and engineering, and ensuring mobile app releases are delivered on schedule and to quality standards
• Monitors app performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement, experiment with new features, and maintain alignment with broader digital and park experience strategies
• Partners with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and technology to ensure mobile solutions integrate seamlessly with other guest-facing platforms and support key initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills to define vision, roadmaps, and feature priorities for mobile apps
• Experience with Mobile Applications, including app lifecycle management, UX collaboration, and familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret user data, performance metrics, and market research to inform decisions
• Effective Project Management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and oversee releases
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in consumer digital products or entertainment
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across diverse teams and time zones
