Senior Finance Business Partner - Remote

Experity is a mission-driven team transforming on-demand healthcare across the U.S., empowering urgent care clinics with industry-leading software. The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Executive Team to provide insights and support the decision-making process by interpreting data and communicating findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual Planning process for your business unit's financial and strategic plan
• Lead projects that provide new information to business leaders and give confidence in the decision-making process
• Promote data-driven decision-making
• Successfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge, and decision support
• Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation, and M&A support
• Ensure alignment between operational decisions and strategic initiatives
• Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of operational data
• Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with revenue and costs
• Maintain monthly reporting materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of related work experience
• Understanding of general financial reporting
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Master's Degree or MBA
• Private equity experience
