E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Stately is a stylist-curated clothing subscription service for the modern man, seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative. The role involves managing member communications and providing empathetic solutions to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of member communications across email, calls, sms, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct daily member calls (20–60 per day), both inbound and scheduled
• Identify member needs quickly and provide effective, empathetic solutions
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipping/tracking updates
• Build trust and long-term relationships through open, friendly, and consistent communication
• Gather and share member feedback to help improve internal processes and member satisfaction
• Go the extra mile to ensure every member feels heard and valued

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Must reside in the United States (remote position)
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
• e-commerce or subscription industry experience
• Experience with Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack
• Bonus points if you've worked with a subscription-based company and understand the importance of building strong relationships with members
