Senior Sales Operations Manager (Enterprise Sales)

Outreach is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team. The role involves owning the Sales Operations function for the Enterprise segment, partnering with various leaders to drive sales processes and territory design, while leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the Sales Operations function for our Enterprise segment and our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization
• Partner with leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing as a trusted advisor and business partner
• Driving territory design, forecast strategy, and sales process for Outreach's largest and most strategic accounts
• Design, launch, and scale AI agents and agentic workflows to drive our GTM motion
• Partnering with SDR leadership to identify where AI can improve pipeline generation, outreach efficiency, and rep productivity
