Growth Marketing Lead

Method Co. is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across a portfolio of design-forward hospitality brands. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey to drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies aligned with occupancy and business objectives
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through data, testing, and market insights
• Develop strategies to increase direct bookings while optimizing channel mix across brand.com, OTAs, metasearch, and partner channels
• Partner with internal marketing, revenue management, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives across the portfolio
• Build and maintain quarterly testing and optimization roadmaps
• Own strategy and optimization across paid acquisition channels, including: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Metasearch / Google Hotel Finder, Meta Ads, Audience Segmentation & Retargeting, Budget Allocation and Forecasting
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and overall campaign performance
• Monitor key growth and acquisition metrics
• Measure incremental revenue and marketing contribution across channels
• Analyze customer behavior and attribution data
• Deliver actionable reporting and strategic recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and conversion performance
• Continuously test messaging, audiences, creative, and channel strategy
• Work closely with: Marketing & Creative Team, Executive Leadership, Revenue Management, External partners and agencies as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with boutique, luxury, lifestyle, extended-stay, or mixed-use hospitality brands
• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies aligned with occupancy and business objectives
• Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through data, testing, and market insights

• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing paid media budgets ranging from $10K–$100K+ per month
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and marketing analytics
• Experience collaborating with revenue management teams
• Familiarity with hotel booking funnels, direct booking strategies, and hotel metasearch platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Agency experience managing multiple hospitality clients is a plus
