National Sales Manager – Home Textiles (US Market)

AstroZon LLC is a rapidly growing international company specializing in eCommerce, technology, and consumer products. They are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the growth of their premium Home Textiles & Bath brand, Zuperia, by managing wholesale and retail accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow a nationwide portfolio of wholesale and retail accounts
• Develop new business opportunities with independent retailers, distributors, hospitality buyers, and regional & national retail chains
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, line reviews, and sales negotiations
• Build long-term relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to introduce new products and collections
• Identify market trends, pricing opportunities, and competitive insights to support business growth
• Manage customer quotations, purchase orders, forecasting, pricing, and account performance
• Represent Zuperia at major trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events across the United States

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of wholesale sales experience within Home Textiles, Bath Products, Bedding, Kitchen Textiles, Home Décor, Hospitality Textiles, or Soft Goods
• Existing relationships with U.S. retail buyers, distributors, hospitality customers, or independent retailers
• Proven success in business development, account management, and sales negotiations
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel nationally as business needs require
