Associate Director Project Management

Capstone Recruitment Inc. is a newly established Owner’s Representative firm with ambitious plans to grow across North America. They are seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to lead the delivery of high-profile projects, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support the development of the regional team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of complex construction projects and programmes
• Acting as a key client-facing representative
• Overseeing project performance, reporting, risk, budget and schedule
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal project stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the development of the company’s Central region presence and future team
• Helping to establish processes, standards and best practice across a growing Owner’s Rep platform
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure further work

Requirements:

• Experience within an Owner's Rep, consultancy, project management or general contractor environment
• A strong background in construction project delivery
• Proven experience leading complex projects or programmes
• The ability to manage client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of budget, schedule and risk
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in helping to build a growing business
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
