Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, support financial reporting, and work closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QuickBooks Pro, experience managing accounting teams, and the ability to support multiple business entities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Pro (required).
• Experience in the Staffing Industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor staff accountants, providing guidance and oversight.
• Work independently while directly supporting the CFO with financial operations and strategic initiatives.
• Handle bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and related activities for multiple business entities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Controller/CFO on accounting processes, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership.
