Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional Consultant - Independent Consultants only

Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) Techno-Functional consultant with knowledge and experience in HCM - HR and OTL modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application support Oracle EBS R12 versions 12.2.6 & 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform endtoend upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring HCM modules (HR and OTL), noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates.

Perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless crossmodule integration. The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live and delivers hypercare. Candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in EBS HCM modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.\
Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen (No dual citizenship), valid US Passport or US Birth Certificate and DL with Real ID.
• At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional HCM - HR and OTL modules.
• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch scheduling.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Understanding of various business processes in respective domain.
• Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work closely with business users.
