💰 $15.00–$16.00 per hour + Full Benefits
Pyramid Healthcare – Concord is seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe and professional transportation for clients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment while helping maintain a supportive and welcoming environment within the facility.

Safely transport clients to and from appointments, treatment-related destinations, and designated regional locations in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Ensure client safety, comfort, and appropriate conduct during transportation.
Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation.
Respond calmly and appropriately to emergency or unexpected situations.
Assist with light housekeeping and facility support duties when transportation responsibilities are complete.
Manage routes, schedules, and responsibilities efficiently while working independently.
Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily facility operations.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous professional driving, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare environment.
Willingness to complete all required company training.
