The Director, Regulatory Affairs & Licensing - Nuclear (or Director of Licensing) supports and helps lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on Holtec’s core business for spent fuel storage and transportation casks small modular reactor technology. This role plays a critical leadership role in developing and executing the overall licensing strategy. Holtec is a global supplier of equipment and systems supporting nuclear, solar, geothermal, and fossil power generation sectors.
The Director of Licensing will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the dry fuel storage and transportation licensing program, including regulatory strategy, license applications, and direct engagement with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and international regulators. This individual will work cross-functionally across engineering, project leadership, and broader business units to ensure regulatory alignment and successful project execution.
