Coordinate activities for all the launches with the GA team and VPE team.
Coordinate weekend activites meeting to coordinate resoruces with the maintenance and operations team.
Schedule resoruces required to support the modifications and improvements in the system
Design review with the VPE team

The Shift Manager will drive a culture and processes that promote continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Environmental. This position will work with all levels of the organization to maximize overall quality and efficiency using WCM methodologies Specific Functions 1 Strategic % a.- Ensure the correct implementation of WCM methodologies for waste disposal 30.00 b.- Coordinate projects to achieve shop KPIs through systematic problem solving approach   c.- Implement the actions and ideas in the department to meet the costs established by the plant.   2 Operational   a.- Achieve the safety objectives by promoting actions and culture change in Paint Shop personnel "zero unsafe issues" 40.00 b.- Compliance with internal and external quality KPIs to customer satisfaction   c.- Accomplish with the production programs on time, reaching the JPH and OPE of the shop   3 Resource Management   a.- Ensure the development of production personnel through continuous training 30.00 b.- Maintain in optimal operating conditions the automatic equipment of all the cells of the paint department   c.- Ensure that all workstations meet safety, ergonomics and quality standards
