This role

Employment Hero has a founder who can carry our narrative, and this role exists to build the machine around him. Our CEO is becoming the authority on how AI is transforming employment, backed by proprietary data most companies would kill for. This role turns his thinking into a relentless, high-profile publishing operation across every channel that matters: X and LinkedIn first, supported by video, podcast and newsroom.

This is a marketing leadership role, not a content support function. It sits at the heart of Employment Hero's marketing team and owns category authority, narrative ownership and movement building at a global scale. The measure of success is share of voice and narrative penetration, not output volume.

Your key focus areas will be

• Build and run a sustained, high-profile publishing operation across X, LinkedIn, video, and podcast channels that establishes Employment Hero as a global authority on AI and employment.
• Own and scale Employment Hero’s content engine - including Newsroom, video, and podcast. Turning product releases and first-party data into timely, shareable content.
• Lead end-to-end movement marketing and multi-channel campaigns that build real groundswell behind our narrative globally.
• Define and drive narrative penetration and share of voice as the primary metrics of success in close partnership with Communications and External Affairs.

This will include

• Founder Publishing Cadence: Build and run the CEO's publishing operation across X, LinkedIn, video and podcast. The goal is to make his voice unmissable and consistent, setting the agenda on AI and the future of employment everywhere, all the time. This is the core of the role.
• Owned Content Engine: Own and run Employment Hero's Newsroom, video and podcast as a near-daily publishing operation. Content should be timely, shareable and grounded in our proprietary employment data rather than built around infrequent, heavily planned campaign moments.
• Data and Product into Moments: Turn near-daily product releases and Employment Hero's first-party data into a steady stream of content that carries our narrative. Every piece should be backed by real proof, produced at pace.
• Movement Marketing: Lead the end-to-end production and execution of Employment Hero's movement marketing, building genuine groundswell through owned and shared channels. Partner with the Global Head of External Affairs and regional communications teams for market input and local execution.
• Team and Production Leadership: Lead the newsroom, content production and social teams with one shared content brief driving all output. This role requires genuine production rigour and team leadership, managing timelines, priorities and multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
• Measurement: Own narrative penetration and share of voice as the primary performance measures, reported in partnership with the Global Head of External Affairs.

Who you are

• 12+ years of experience in content, campaign, social, or publishing leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth, or challenger business.
• Proven track record of building an executive/founder profile (X native, LinkedIn, podcasts) and managing multi-channel campaigns at pace.
• Deep experience in social and new media platforms/algorithms, using a "publish don't pitch" model rather than traditional PR adapted for social.
• Strong production background across video, podcast, and editorial, with a demonstrated ability to turn data and product releases into timely content.
• Experience executing movement marketing or groundswell campaigns across owned/shared channels and regional execution teams.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, operating as a first-principles thinker who can build capabilities from scratch in a non-corporate culture.
