Epic HB Resolute & Claims Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic HB Resolute & Claims Analyst to join our IT healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims modules. The candidate will work closely with revenue cycle, patient financial services, billing, and technical teams to enhance hospital billing operations, claims processing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from revenue cycle and patient financial services stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic HB Resolute enhancements and system changes.
• Configure and support hospital billing workflows, charge capture, claims generation, claims edits, reimbursement, and payment posting.
• Troubleshoot billing, claims, and application issues while providing timely production support.
• Participate in Epic implementations, system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
• Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with Prelude, Cadence, Patient Access, Professional Billing (PB), and other Epic applications.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Epic best practices, healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational governance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims .
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, claims processing, reimbursement, charge capture, payment posting, denials management, and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience supporting integrated Epic revenue cycle applications.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic HB Resolute experience
• Experience supporting Claims workflows
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Time Shift) .
• Must work from the Kondapur, Hyderabad office (5 days per week) .
• Strictly Work From Office – No Work From Home or Hybrid.
• Candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving a 15–20 day notice period will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance claims, reimbursement methodologies, denials management, and payer workflows.
• Experience integrating Epic Resolute HB with Patient Access, Cadence, Prelude, Professional Billing (PB), and other Epic applications.
• Understanding of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
