Senior Project Manager

New Resources Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract-to-hire or contract role supporting an unidentified client. The role provides strategic oversight and hands-on delivery of complex initiatives, managing execution, timelines, risks, and overall program success while working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders, providing strategic oversight while managing execution, timelines, risks, and overall program success
• We are looking for a leader who can balance hands-on project delivery with big-picture thinking and organizational alignment

Requirements:

• The ideal consultant brings 8+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives
• strong executive communication skills
• the ability to mentor and coach junior PMs
• Proven experience in IT PM Healthcare
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Desire and ability to train and mentor
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced settings
• No sponsorship given and must not have any
• Healthcare or medical insurance industry experience is highly preferred
