Project Manager City Recapture Program

The Nagen Project is dedicated to combating anti-Jewish and anti-Israel threats through a coordinated strategy. The Project Manager for the City Recapture Program will oversee initiatives to impose consequences on antisemitic actors and work to reclaim local institutions infiltrated by malign influences.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day execution of a variety of initiatives under the City Recapture Project
• Coordination with Nagen Project grantees
• Identification of new allies
• Development of new tactics to advance our strategic goals
• Central to efforts to scale the City Recapture project to the national level

Requirements:

• Ability to work with a broad range of constituencies to support their work and develop new strategies
• Interest and ability to work in a variety of issue areas relevant to the fight against antisemitism, including but not limited to K-12 schools, colleges and universities, teacher's unions, other trade unions, non-profits, and government at a variety of levels
• Attention to detail and ability to work on a large number of projects at once
• General knowledge of legal affairs, advocacy and philanthropic efforts, campaign setting, and government efforts related to countering antisemitism
• Subject matter knowledge of recent controversies around antisemitism in urban settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 5-7 years in a government or political setting that exposed you to a wide variety of actors and political processes relevant to the Nagen Project
