Senior Growth Operations Marketer

SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company dedicated to transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector. They are seeking a Senior Growth Operations Marketer to lead growth experiments, manage project execution, and leverage automation and AI tools to enhance marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational rhythm of our weekly growth sprints in Asana. Map out and document new experiment hypotheses and parameters from brainstorm sessions, assign clear timeline expectations, and hold team members accountable to deliver their action items before the weekly growth team call
• Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays. You will be the one of the primary operators developing plays across our stack: Cargo (getcargo.ai), Outreach.io, Salesforce CRM, BenefitFlow, ZoomInfo etc
• Learn the tool capabilities and explore improvements or additions needed to better integrate AI into everyday operations to scale outbound content personalization, bypass infrastructure barriers, and accelerate our ability to experiment without needing additional support

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations
• An Owner Mentality: You are a naturally curious builder who doesn't wait for permission. You are energized by figuring out early-stage, 'raw' software platforms (like Cargo) and troubleshooting system integration or sync errors yourself
• Elite Project Management & Documentation: Exceptional ability to distill abstract strategy concepts into transparent project backlogs, dashboard tracking systems, and clear written updates posted weekly
• Stack Fluency: Strong functional competency navigating sales sequence management systems (Outreach), AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers (ZoomInfo) sitting on top of a Salesforce CRM ecosystem
