HRS Project Manager

Huron is a consulting firm that helps clients in education and healthcare drive growth and improve performance. The HRS Project Manager will lead client implementations of software solutions, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and improving student outcomes through innovative strategies and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Help our clients to achieve organizational effectiveness, improve student outcomes, implement new technologies and align resources and investments to ensure long-term sustainability
• Work with leading administrators, physician/scientists, and other professionals connected to the healthcare, university and life sciences industries on a variety of projects in technology and compliance

Requirements:

• U.S. work authorization is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of client or account management experience, preferably for software
• Previous Account Management and/or Customer Success Management experience
• Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel annually on a 25 - 50% basis; work extended hours as necessary
• Higher Education and/or Healthcare experience
• Familiarity with academic research, grant management, or compliance
• Previous project management, sales and/or business analysis experience
