Account Manager, Digital Marketing

BizIQ is a company focused on accelerating business growth through innovative digital marketing solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic guidance to clients in their digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the growth, success and satisfaction of marketing services customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer needs and resolving issues
• Build value, grow revenue by recommending enhanced services and fostering long term relationships
• Provide strategic guidance, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer retention and revenue growth
• Practice a solid understanding of clients' digital marketing needs and objectives that leads to achieving account and revenue quarterly retention targets
• Develop lasting relationships and communications with customers and regularly communicate to provide updates and gather feedback
• Support customers by executing CCFs (Customer Campaign Follow Up Calls) for the entire portfolio in a recurring manner
• Consistently improve positive customer sentiment via NPS survey
• Identify customer needs through account review processes and understanding of their business needs which leads to upsells and account growth
• Anticipate and promptly respond to client inquiries and address their needs
• Act as a change agent ensuring timely and accurate resolution of concerns and escalations
• Proactively manage task queue related to customer deliverables
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients that lead to engaging conversations and digital marketing recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes
• Actively contribute to the success of new hires by assisting with onboarding, peer training, and knowledge sharing as needed
• Effectively present company services to clients and prospects using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Participate in special projects or cross-functional initiatives that support team goals, operational improvements, or strategic company objectives
• Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals by setting measurable objectives and KPIs
• Understand digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media)
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish by coordinating tasks and timelines with internal teams
• Implement strategies to enhance client retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while developing strategies to grow client accounts
• Analyze data to inform and optimize marketing strategies and use analytics tools and techniques
• Negotiate contract renewals and results while resolving conflicts and managing client expectations effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities and provide clients with insights and recommendations
• Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and analysis and implement best practices and innovative solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of account/client management and customer success experience in a client facing role
• Strong track record of achieving retention, upsells, and growth targets that lead to driving additional business
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• At least 3 year experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Digital Marketing Experience strongly preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
