Marketing Account Manager

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager – Marketing to manage end-to-end marketing campaign execution and build strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, paid media, earned media, and marketplace channels
• Lead campaign planning, execution, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Track campaign progress, manage change requests, and identify optimization opportunities
• Support Agile processes and act as Scrum Master when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of marketing experience with project management and client relationship management
• Hands-on experience with Workfront for campaign execution
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Omnichannel marketing campaign execution
• Knowledge of paid media, tagging, trafficking, LiveRamp, Search, Social, Display/Programmatic, and Affiliate marketing
