Principal Product Manager

WellRithms, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of their core operational platforms. The role involves partnering with engineering, clinical, and business teams to deliver solutions for medical bill review and payment integrity, while navigating complex problem spaces and influencing cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a core product area or platform domain
• Lead discovery efforts for complex problems, synthesizing user, operational, and data insights
• Partner closely with engineering and design to define system behavior and user experience; Align stakeholders across clinical, operations, and leadership teams
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and translate insights into clear product requirements
• Drive end-to-end delivery of large initiatives across engineering, design, and operations
• Communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across teams
• Define and own domain-level KPIs tied to business impact
• Contribute to improving product management practices, artifacts, and standards; Act as a role model for structured thinking, clear documentation, and outcome orientation

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or complex system environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated ownership of meaningful product areas or large initiatives
• Experience operating with partial autonomy in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, or data security is a plus
