Project Manager (General)

Skyrocket Studios Global is a company in the creative, advertising, digital, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. The Project Manager will independently plan and execute client projects, manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role also supports quality assurance, pitches, continuous improvement, and the application of AI and automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables
• Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards
• Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency
• Foster clear communication among stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members
• Provide guidance and support, ensuring team members have the resources and information needed to succeed
• Encourage innovation and creativity within the team
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Provide regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders
• Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation
• Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients
• Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement
• Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations
• Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization
• Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
• • Ability to create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation
• • Proactive problem-solving skills to address team needs before they escalate
• • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
• • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
• • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in a related field
• • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp
• • Proficiency in Google Suite tools for collaborative writing and editing
