Product Manager

Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work by building software that gives employees control over how they use their benefits. The Product Manager will own a core product area end-to-end, leading strategy, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, design, operations, finance, support, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own a product surface end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with engineering and design to build products that are intuitive, reliable, and scalable
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve the customer experience
• Work across engineering, operations, finance, support, and go-to-market teams to solve complex customer and business problems
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and help the team make thoughtful product decisions

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of product management experience with a track record of owning products or product areas end-to-end
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to reason through complex workflows, edge cases, and tradeoffs
• Technical fluency that allows you to partner effectively with engineers on architecture and implementation decisions
• Experience working across functions to solve operationally complex problems
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Building products in healthcare, benefits, fintech, or another regulated industry
• Owning billing, payments, ledgers, or other money movement systems
• Improving operational workflows or internal tools that reduce manual work or increase reliability
• Defining a strategy for an early or ambiguous product area
