Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules and project financial management processes while working closely with Finance, Project Management, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from Finance, PMO, IT, and business users.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, business process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment planning, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle PPM and Financial modules.
• Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and user support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Hands-on experience configuring:
• Project Foundation
• Project Costing
• Project Billing
• Project Contracts
• Project Budgets
• Project Control
• Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, revenue recognition, billing, cost collection, and project financial management.
• Experience working with Cross Charge, Intercompany, and Multi-Currency project scenarios.
• Proven experience creating Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
• Strong experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting and requirement-gathering skills.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in PPM are highly desirable.
