Senior AI Product Manager Embedded Software (Only on W2)

Description: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered embedded software products. Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and business teams to develop intelligent embedded solutions for connected devices using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled embedded software.
Gather business requirements and translate them into product features.
Work with embedded software, AI/ML, hardware, and cloud teams.
Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and software releases.
Drive AI feature development, testing, and product improvements.
Track product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Manage risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional communication.

Required Skills
7+ years of Product Management experience with embedded software products.
Experience managing AI-enabled or intelligent software products.
Strong understanding of embedded software development (C, C++, Embedded Linux, RTOS).
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including Edge AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Generative AI applications.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and embedded systems architecture.
Experience working with cross-functional engineering, hardware, and software teams.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automotive, robotics, IoT, industrial automation, or consumer embedded devices.
Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet, MQTT, or embedded communication protocols.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA TensorRT, or OpenVINO.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) supporting connected embedded devices.

Education Required:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field or work experience.
