Role: Business Analyst with CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management)
Location: Initially remote, later onsite - Johnston, RI; Westwood, MA; Charlotte, NC; Franklin, RI; Iselin or Short Hills, NJ; Phoenix, AZ; plano, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) expertise to support authentication and digital identity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, or related products) and will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows related to CIAM initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, security teams, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
• Manage and maintain project documentation using Confluence.
• Create and track stories, defects, and project deliverables using JIRA.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production deployment.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and validation.
• Analyze customer identity lifecycle processes including registration, authentication, authorization, self-service account management, and profile management.
• Document customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve user experience and security.
• Work closely with QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience supporting CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) projects.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, etc.).
• Experience supporting customer-facing authentication and authorization platforms.
