The Toronto Star is seeking a dynamic and versatile Multimedia Journalist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to produce engaging video and audio content and elevate our storytelling. This role is at the forefront of the Star’s commitment to audience-first journalism.
As a Multimedia Journalist, you will collaborate with reporters, editors, producers, and the broader digital team to create content that informs, engages, and inspires our diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for journalism, thrive under tight deadlines, and be an exceptional script writer and communicator.
This role falls within the Journalist classification in the Star's Editorial Department. It is a Unifor Local 87M position, based in Toronto.

The hours of work for this position will vary according to the assignment but will all conform to a standard 35-hour work week as described under the collective agreement. This position will be in Toronto.
