Principal Software Engineer

IntePros is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to develop and enhance a next-generation digital twin and robotics simulation environment. This role will focus on robotics simulation, physics modeling, sensor integration, and supporting future AI and workflow optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a digital twin simulation environment
• Migrate existing simulation assets into NVIDIA Isaac Sim
• Build articulated robot simulations and integrate with ROS2
• Develop physics models for robotic interactions
• Integrate sensor models and support workflow optimization
• Collaborate with software and robotics engineering teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and present technical progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software engineering or robotics experience
• Strong Python development in Linux
• Experience with robotics simulation tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Webots, Unity, or MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with robotics hardware, CAD modeling, and physics simulation
• ROS2
• NVIDIA Omniverse/USD
• Articulated robot simulation
