Medicaid Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator :: Raleigh, NC (Remote)

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Medicaid Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator to ensure the effective administration of Medicaid initiatives. The role involves leading project development, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing project implementation to meet program goals.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development, revision, execution, and oversight of federal Advance Planning Documents, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs, and other agreements
• Coordinating and aligning efforts across Medicaid, and vendor staff to meet program goals
• Facilitating internal program team meetings alongside project management staff
• Reporting progress to state and federal partners
• Communicating with state and federal partners and related stakeholder organizations
• Engage staff and key partners in planning and drafting scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange
• Navigate internal and external processes for the timely execution of project agreements
• Monitor and guide project implementation, spending, and data use according to agreements and regulations
• Ensure project plans, staffing, reporting, procurements, timelines, and milestones align with project agreements
• Serve as a spokesperson with state and federal partners and key provider stakeholder organizations

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in contract development, administration, and monitoring
• 3 years of experience in budget development, administration, and monitoring
• 3 years of experience in implementing data governance and exchange according to state and federal regulations
• 3 years of experience in coordinating staffing needs and associated documentation across business units
• 3 years of experience in researching and evaluating vendor solutions for project needs
• 3 years of experience in monitoring and reporting project progress
• 3 years of experience in aligning efforts and ensuring effective communication across multiple business units
