Sales Development Representative

Glazier Software is a venture-backed company providing a modern operating system for glazing contractors. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and support the sales team in engaging new prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify ideal prospects in our target market
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
• Conduct cold calls to engage new prospects
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for our AEs
• Keep Hubspot activity organized and up to date
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve outreach strategies
• Build out & develop their territory

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience as an SDR at a SaaS or B2B tech company
• Proven success in outbound prospecting, especially via phone
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Competitive, coachable, and eager to advance into an AE role
• Strong phone skills and ability to adapt to different customer personas
• Bonus: experience selling into construction or field services
