Project Manager - TikTok Shop

Jackson James is a fast-growing TikTok Shop agency that helps brands scale through creator content, affiliates, and paid media. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of client campaigns across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client projects and campaigns across TikTok Shop
• Coordinate internal teams including affiliate, creator, content, paid media, and account management
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules
• Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications
• Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to client expectations
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, creator activations, and product launches
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability
• Monitor resource allocation and workload across teams
• Prepare client updates, project reports, and status summaries
• Support the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with agency standards and objectives

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience within an agency, eCommerce, social media, or digital marketing environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving forward
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to identify risks and proactively solve problems
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
• An understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce would be highly advantageous
