Senior Product Manager, AI

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across Webflow's platform, leading the roadmap and delivery of various AI-related products and ensuring quality and strategy in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll do this shoulder to shoulder with Engineering, Design, and Data
• Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other, and build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike
• Define what 'good' means for products that never behave the same way twice. Set the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold us to it
• Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators
• Contribute heavily to the agent product strategy, then turn it into work that ships. You'll help shape where the area is headed and own the prioritization, tradeoffs, and the path to get there
• Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship small improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls
• Place durable bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are rapidly evolving; you'll stay close to customers, adapt fast, and differentiate between new standards and fads

Requirements:

• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in AI-powered systems
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
• Hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
• Ability to define 'good' for non-deterministic products
• Experience building AI or similar products and setting evals, guardrails, and success metrics
• Experience building both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators
• Curiosity about every part of how products get made
• Ability to shape direction alongside your manager and run with it independently
• Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI
