EVG - PROJECT MANAGER

The Stronghold Companies is seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day performance and guiding multiple projects towards their goals of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Service. The role involves supervising field execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce Company policies with Superintendents
• Communicate with Director of Operations as requested to ensure timeliness of project and attend meetings as necessary with Operations and Client
• Assist in the selection and development of field personnel
• Support the planning and estimating staff by assisting in the development of customer proposals
• Oversee the enforcement of all Safety, Company and Client policies and procedures
• Focus on completing projects in a quality manner showing the Company’s overall commitment to high standards
• Manage costs for each project
• Manage multiple projects, tasks and resources
• Continually evaluate the use of full-time and project-based personnel
• Demonstrate excellent relational skills with customer, sub-contractors and subordinates
• Pursue the use of new methods and technologies in an effort to shorten schedules and increase profits without sacrificing quality standards
• Hold daily 'tail-gate' safety meetings at the beginning of each shift
• Follow all Company Safety, Quality Control/ Quality Assurance procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Understand and articulate mechanical concepts (i.e. drawings)
• See, read, write and understand communication including directions, instructions and warning signs
• Maintain poise and focus under time constraint
• Attend and complete trainings as required by the Company and client
• Pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7 years of managerial experience
• at least 5 years of supervisory experience in related industry
• Class 'A' driver's license
• a clean MVR
• 10 years of managerial experience and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in related industry
• First Aid and CPR trained
