Government Sales and Business Development Manager

Wilder Systems is a leading Aerospace Robotics company dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services to our clients. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Government Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand their customer base, focusing on developing sales strategies and managing key accounts with the US Government.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products/services and expand networks
• Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of success in US Government sales with the DoW, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively
• Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MBA preferred
