Brings extensive expertise in loan disbursement and banking finance domains, with strong understanding of end-to-end lending workflows, financial integrations, and operational controls. Experienced in Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms, including system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design. Adept at translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating effectively with architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus toward practical system solutions. Proven ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology delivery in complex enterprise environments.
