The Technical Platform Lead is a hands-on engineering leader responsible for guiding IIA's platform, integration, and data engineering initiatives while leading and developing a team of engineers. This player-coach role combines technical leadership with people management, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud solutions that power the organization's digital ecosystem.
Working across Azure, Databricks, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms, you'll help shape the future of IIA's technology landscape while fostering engineering excellence, innovation, and AI-enabled development practices.
This is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, Florida, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.
