Per Diem, Days
Assists in managing the Biomedical Engineering department including maintenance, service, upkeep, repair, testing and preventative maintenance of Hospital biomedical equipment, along with required documentation to ensure compliance for State and Joint Commission inspections. Performs additional duties as requested by Plant Operations management team or Senior Management.
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Four (4) to six (6) years’ experience as a Biomedical Engineer.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
None required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in Electronic Engineering.
Supervisory experience preferred.
