MRI Tech - Mercy San Diego

This is a full-time position (72 hours per pay period) working 12-hour varied shifts. The role requires scheduling flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation.

This position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in the Hillcrest community.

·       New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:​

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)​
• Must remain in original department/specialty​
• Must remain in original Job Title​
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

 Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association

·       Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital-based training program or other formalized on-the-job program, in combination with current licensure/certification

·       1-2 years of MRI Tech experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Cardiac and breast experience
