About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to support the adoption, stabilization, and governance of a critical digital application used across milk collection operations. This role will act as the key coordinator between business users, technology teams, vendors, and field operations to ensure seamless application deployment, user adoption, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Stabilization

• Coordinate issue resolution across business users, technology teams, support partners, and vendors.
• Track incidents, enhancement requests, priorities, and closure timelines.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and reporting of application enhancements and fixes.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues impacting users.

Adoption & Change Management

• Drive user adoption through training programs, workshops, communication initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
• Gather user feedback and identify barriers to adoption.
• Coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, adoption dashboards, and feedback reports.

Project Coordination & Governance

• Coordinate project activities across business, IT, vendors, and field teams.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support governance forums and leadership updates.
• Ensure timely reporting and effective execution of project deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, change management, business analysis and IT/digital application deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
• Experience working with reporting and collaboration tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous:

• Dairy or milk procurement operations
• Agriculture or rural field operations
• FMCG or supply chain environments
• Mobile applications and digital transformation initiatives
