AI Engineer – Agentic AI Development

Acunor is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to focus on designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying intelligent AI agents for a strategic retail AI initiative. The role involves building production-grade Agentic AI systems and optimizing them for various performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Build production-ready AI agents and multi-agent orchestration systems
• Develop agent workflows, tool integrations, and MCP-based architectures
• Design agent evaluation frameworks and LLM performance metrics
• Implement RAG, memory management, context engineering, and retrieval strategies
• Optimize AI systems for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost
• Deliver production-quality software across the full SDLC

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building production Agentic AI systems within the last 12 months
• Strong expertise with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Agent tools
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP, and context engineering
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, APIs, testing, and deployment experience
• Claude Agent SDK experience
• Retail or E-commerce domain experience
• Experience with customer journey or behavioral analytics
• LLM cost optimization and AI performance tuning
