Project Manager, Transformation Office

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines. The Project Manager, Transformation Office is responsible for managing enterprise transformation projects, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives by overseeing timelines, cross-functional teams, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Applies project management expertise and business transformation knowledge to gather functional inputs
• Creates and maintains integrated project schedules and roadmaps for delivery
• Drives project execution by focusing on critical path activities
• Holds matrix team members accountable for tasks, resolving outstanding issues and action items
• Partners with Finance to manage annual budgets ($ and FTEs), control costs, and ensure reforecasting aligns with operational plans
• Supports Transformation Leads to align project plans across the project’s Matrix Team to ensure overarching strategic goals are met
• Manages the project team space (e.g., Project SharePoint sites, MS Teams) to keep broader teams informed
• Maintains project planning data and implements ongoing improvements to PM tools and infrastructure

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required
• Fully trained in project management processes with the competency to employ essential project management tools to manage risk and facilitate execution
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and keep diverse stakeholders aligned
• Proven ability to independently manage all stages of a strategic program or project
• Requires a BS/BA in a relevant field
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered a strong plus
