Customer Service Representative

PTR Global is a leading insurance organization seeking Licensed Customer Service Representatives to join its Contact Center team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting members with insurance-related questions
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level goals and quality standards
• Successfully complete training, nesting, and transition into production

Requirements:

• Active Florida and California insurance licenses are required before interview
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a high-volume contact center environment
