Role: Support Engineer / Service Desk

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Remote

Note: Occasional client visit couple of time in a week or a month to the following locations Washington, DC 2015 / Ashburn, VA 20147 / Manassas, VA 20109

Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance Mandatory

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure Windows & macOS endpoint engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain secure workstation images for on-site, remote, and VDI environments.
• Manage endpoint configuration baselines, OS/application patching, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Engineer and support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, JAMF, Ivanti, and KACE.
• Implement secure device enrollment, provisioning, authentication, and asset management.
• Configure logging, monitoring, telemetry, SIEM/EDR integration, and audit capabilities.
• Develop automation scripts, imaging workflows, patch management processes, and operational runbooks.
• Support engineering escalations, incident response, forensic readiness, and knowledge transfer.
• Work under formal change management, security governance, and compliance processes.

Mandatory Skillsets:

• 8+ years of IT / Endpoint Engineering / Cybersecurity experience.
• 6+ years of enterprise engineering experience (not Help Desk).

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity (or equivalent experience preferred).
