Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Architect to lead the architecture and design of cloud-native, AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM technologies, agentic workflows, RAG, conversational orchestration, AI guardrails, and enterprise solution architecture.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and designing cloud-native applications.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI-enabled or LLM-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience designing agentic workflows and tool-calling frameworks.
• Proven experience establishing architecture patterns for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience defining and designing conversational orchestration services.
• Strong understanding of implementing AI guardrails to:
  • Minimize and prevent hallucinations.
  • Protect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Prevent unauthorized data exposure.
• Experience designing explainability frameworks for:
  • AI-generated results.
  • Business decisions.
  • Financial calculations and residual calculations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture, integration patterns, and scalable cloud-native systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience in merchant acquiring is highly preferred.
• Background in billing platforms, commission systems, or residual calculation platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with financial calculations and systems requiring high levels of accuracy, transparency, and auditability.
