DevOps / Platform Engineer (Level II)

Accelint is a defense technology company focused on connecting sensing to action within the battlespace. They are seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer (Level II) to support modernization efforts for the US Navy by automating infrastructure and building CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines teams rely on
• Automate infrastructure so environments are predictable and supportable
• Support containerized platforms in secure, regulated environments
• Work directly with software and cyber engineers to solve delivery problems
• Adjust to different program needs, priorities, and technical stacks

Requirements:

• Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one
• CompTIA Security+ Certification or the ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Containerization (e.g., Docker, Podman, Buildah)
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm)
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, AWS Code Build)
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Linux systems (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud computing infrastructure or development (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrated experience with Atlassian suite tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
