Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of features that help job seekers manage applications and improve hiring outcomes
• Assist in defining product requirements
• Collaborate with design and engineering to refine solutions
• Maintain clear documentation for stakeholders
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify product improvements
• Prioritize the backlog
• Track feature performance against key metrics
• Participate in stand-ups and sprint planning
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Help ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases
• Contribute to competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions

Requirements:

• Experience with product management fundamentals, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and collaborating with design and engineering teams
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret user data, define metrics, and translate insights into actionable product decisions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise documentation, user stories, and stakeholder updates
• Comfort working with digital tools and platforms such as product management software, collaboration tools, and basic analytics dashboards
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within agile or iterative workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences) or equivalent practical experience
• Curiosity, user-centered mindset, and willingness to learn from feedback and iterate quickly
• Interest in the job search, recruiting, or HR tech domain; prior experience in these areas is a plus
