Lead Product Manager - Marketing Platform (Remote - United States)

Yelp is looking for a collaborative and innovative Lead Product Manager to develop and drive the strategy for our Marketing Platform. This role will enable marketing teams to reach and engage communities everywhere, leveraging technology, data, and creative solutions while leading the creation and execution of a product roadmap aligned with Yelp’s marketing strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing leaders to build and lead a product roadmap that supports Yelp’s marketing strategy and company goals
• Use your experience with leading third-party marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze) to maximize their value for our teams and customers
• Research and implement emerging technologies including machine learning and artificial intelligence, ensuring our marketing tools benefit from the latest advances
• Connect with specialist groups such as data analytics and machine learning/artificial intelligence teams to bring new solutions to market and support their successful adoption
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in marketing technology to keep Yelp at the forefront of innovation
• Listen closely to marketing team members, learn from a variety of experiences, and support others to succeed through empathy and clear communication

Requirements:

• Expertise in product management, with work in marketing technology or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar)
• Comfortable working together with engineers and can communicate technical requirements even if you don't code yourself
• Curious about how machine learning and artificial intelligence can shape the future of marketing and enjoy working with teams exploring these areas
• Use data to guide decisions and value privacy, inclusivity, and transparency in data practices
• Partnered with marketing teams or worked in a marketing-related role and appreciate different marketing approaches and perspectives
• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent work experience is required
